GUIDED COMPOSITION and LETTER WRITING is a series of five practical books taking students from the second or third year of English study up to an advanced level.

Composition is often the area where students lack confidence because they have no guidelines on which to base their work.

The aim of this series is to help students to write compositions and letters by first studying the model plans and then going over the corresponding language notes. These notes will give them constructive guidance on essay and letter writing while also providing them with ideas and useful phrases. Students' language accuracy will also develop.

Through consistent use of the material given, students will be able to approach writing confidently and apply their ideas accurately.
